Yoga & Meditation
Experience your true nature as a vibrational being.
Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the “yoga of awareness” for its vast shifts to our consciousness and physical being. It is an ancient technology that blends the practice of Bhakti Yoga (devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (meditation to become self-actualized), and Shakti/Hatha Yoga (alignment through postures and poses).
Awaken Your Soul
Practicing Kundalini Yoga helps you to connect more deeply to your higher Self. It can clear your inner blocks, heal past traumas and wounds and create more space within your being for joy, freedom, and inspired action. It helps to neutralize the psyche, feel stronger in the body, and bring vitality to the mind.
Through this profound practice, you can experience a happy perspective on life, and find the medicine in the challenges that we go through in this human experience.
