Children’s Wellness
The youth of today are pioneers of a new earth in the making. They are here to bring significant changes to our world towards living more mindfully and compassionately.
But let’s face it, our kids live in a completely different world than we did. The pressures of academics, social media, and events of the outside world place a lot of stress on our children and teens.

Benefits
Yet with every challenge comes opportunity….
While there are many things outside our control, the opportunity exists for us to maintain our inner peace and focus on the good within and around us. This is a very different way of approaching life that we as adults must practice ourselves. In doing so, we cultivate this new way of being within our children. This brings changes to their own personal world and our collective world as well!
Important information for parents:
Sessions will be 45 mins long with a minimum commitment of 4 to 6 appointments (one per week). A 50% deposit is required to hold your child’s space
You will be included in what your child is learning so that you may help them integrate skills outside of their sessions.
These are not psychotherapy sessions. While resolving stressful symptoms can occur, these sessions foster skills to cope with stress and help children and teens connect to their minds, bodies, and souls.
*Jennifer specializes in working with highly sensitive children (HSP), empathic, and spiritually gifted children. Please reach out if you want to discuss your child in more depth and see how they may benefit from working with her.
